Crystal Beads

Crystal is a transparent crystalline structure having external planar feature. It is basically a glass with more than 30% lead, in order to produce a high refractive quality. Bead made of crystal produce wonderful sparkles. These bead are available in various colors and sizes.

One of the most commonly used crystal is Swarovski, which uses only high lead content crystal glass, typically a full 32% of the glass is lead and lead oxide. The presence of the lead increases the index of refraction, that makes it look more or less like diamond.
