Sapphire Beads

Sapphire is a gemstone variety belonging to corundum family. Sapphire bead are small round yellow or blue colored objects, where blued colored sapphire is famous as Neelam and yellow colored sapphire is famous as Pukhraj. The attraction and the peculiarity of the Sapphire beads make it widely used, despite its being expensive.

The embedded sapphire bead further adorns the beauty of jewelry. These beads are most commonly used in necklaces, rings, ear rings, and bracelets.

Astrological purposes
Sapphire is worn in rings for astrological purposes. An unblemished yellow sapphire is worn for good health, wisdom, property, longevity, name, honors and fame. The wearer is blessed with children and protected from the evil spirits. A blue sapphire must never be worn without trial, since it has extreme effects(either drastically good or drastically bad).
